the end of spring break approaches

Ah well. The end of my lenten fast from coffee and caffeine approaches as well, eh? Tomorrow morning I shall have a raspberry mocha.

Speaking of Java Johnny's, I'm interviewing there on Tuesday for a job. I would really like to work at a real coffeehouse. Also, the manager said that he wants to bring in music on friday and saturday nights. Wouldn't it be cool to play there? I timed myself--I have about forty minutes of stuff I'd be willing to perform. I might have a good hour long set by the time summer rolls around. Even forty-five minutes might be long enough. I just hope he doesn't mind having music from several different periods of western music. So far, I've got a piece from the 16th century, and I'm working on one from 1968 (Classical Gas).

At the competition from the last post (which took place last Saturday, the nineteenth of March), I got a "unanimous superior" (highest rating) in the "very difficult" category. w00t ;)

dnd is progressing well. We have a sufficiently clear plan... use the holy key of Pelor to open the lock to what those dragons were guarding, and see what's on the other side. Yanno, we need to test this key on all locks we encounter... i wonder if Pelor decided to make his clerics not quite so dependent upon rogues. sorry Antina ;)

oh, and Pippin... you pwned in the session you missed :p while researching, a 100% on d% found you the perfect book with _maps_ of the passageways and the Temple of Pelor, along with all sorts of history.

and now Ivan is going to give us special toys for combat :D

Alryty, i'm gone

gee, you think all im good for is picking locks. lets see what happens next time you run into a trap of pwning.

and for the record, more people need to be dependent on rogues, not less

"fewer", not "less." The scenario is one of discrete quanta.

but that whole statement is incorrect anyway ;)

besides...antina hasn't proven herself indispensible when it comes to getting by locks just yet.

suprisingly enough...she makes as good a damage dealer as many fighters at this level. she just needs some white magic to back her up.

ya know, we should try missing sessions when we are getting into tough spots. when we miss, it seems our character becomes ridiulously useful.

just a thought...;]

OOC, i've been wondering why none of the magic-users have been magicking up Keth. Of course, that would never even occur to him...
